Your service sounds like Voice Over IP. Do I have to deal with Quality of Service Issues?
No. Our service uses only the highest quality network servers to provide voice quality equal to if not better than your local telephone provider. If your personal internet connection is often under high usage, call quality can be affected. If this is the case, we recommend call-forwarding your Red Phone extension to your cell phone or a land line.

Do I need to have internet access to utilize the Red Phone service?
Absolutely not. Internet access will allow you to access to our website administration console but is not mandatory. Your Red Phone extension can be set up to always forward to your cell phone or a land line. Your voicemails can be emailed to you or picked up through any telephone.

So by simply signing up, I can sound just like a larger company with an IVR? Yes! Even as a single consultant, you can have extensions for sales, tech support, etc.
